The agricultural sector in India encounters a multitude of obstacles arising from the variability of the climate, intricate socioeconomic dynamics, and incoherent policies. This study looks at how entrepreneurial ecosystems work to address these problems and increase farm income by encouraging sustainable practices in India’s agriculture sector. It investigates the possibilities of agri-entrepreneurship, which is driven by advancements in technology, globalization, and national policy reforms. By using value addition and innovative methods, agribusiness entrepreneurs create jobs, increase economic growth, and enhance food security in rural communities. The study looks at the elements that drive entrepreneurial ecosystems, including infrastructure support, government initiatives, technological advancements, and customer demand, and capital availability. It also discusses the challenges and problems faced by agricultural enterprises, such as small farm sizes, insufficient supply chains, a lack of capital, and climate change. With an emphasis on value addition, job creation, sustainable agriculture, export potential, digital transformation, and food security, the report also highlights the importance and requirement of entrepreneurial ecosystems for the expansion of Indian agribusiness. The study concludes by highlighting the significance of agribusiness entrepreneurship in fostering resilience and sustainability in India’s agricultural sector.
