India has witnessed a visible growth and developmental transformation in the field of agriculture since independence. The Indian youth are being the backbone for the agricultural initiatives and engaged themselves for establishing as successful entrepreneurs in field of agriculture with multiple enterprises and stakeholders through startups and have been shown their existence in the research, extension and education filed also to strengthen the country at international level. The Indian rural and urban youth are also being seen reluctant form this filed due to several reasons because these youth are expected for better living conditions of their families and their community with the certain possession of permanent assets or immovable property like land, plots, factory, shops, machineries etc. for which they are putting day night hard work in the field of agriculture and other sectors. Although by creating believe and convincing them about the future of agriculture which is going to use the sophisticated technologies such as robots, temperature and moisture sensors, aerial images, artificial intelligence and GPS technology. These advanced devices and precision agriculture and robotic systems will allow farms to be more profitable, efficient, safe and environmentally friendly with the huge employment opportunities for income generation covering to rural youth in mushroom, apiary, seed processing, poultry, soil testing, goatry, dairy, carp hatchery, earthworm production and vermicompost, crop production, livestock, fruits, vegetable and flower/ornamental nursery raining, agro-processing and agri-inputs dealing, value additions, food processing industries, post-harvest management, marketing chain development, value chain development, organic and natural farming and other important services based startups are the new ways to employ and attract the rural youth in India agriculture with strong helping policies support and initiatives like ARYA project from government ofIndia.
