Bio-entrepreneurship is the process of transforming scientific discoveries and biotechnological innovations into commercially viable products and services. It involves research and development, product formulation, marketing, and commercialization, focusing on improving quality of life, enhancing agricultural productivity, and addressing environmental challenges. The field integrates strategic decision-making, financial management, intellectual property rights, and regulatory compliance to navigate the complexities of the bio-business sector.

This book explores the fundamentals of bio-entrepreneurship, covering key aspects such as industry dynamics, commercialization strategies, business feasibility, technology transfer, and legal frameworks, providing essential knowledge for aspiring bio-entrepreneurs, researchers, and industry professionals.
