CRISPR-Mediated Targeting of the HTR2A Gene for Anxiety Management in Mice

Abstract

Gene editing tool termed as CRISPR technology useful in many ways to understand the disease and manipulate the gene to cure it through the possibility of the CRISPR-Cas9.These days anxiety related issues are more prevalent among people. In this article we discussing the context of anxiety disorders substantial influence of the gene, HTR2A, genetic manipulation of this gene employing CRISPR-Cas9 technology has been experimentally conducted by using murine models.
